2. The Competition
These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://righttoolgiveaways.co.uk (the “Website”).
2.1 The Promoter offers competitions where Entrants have the chance to win prizes (the “Prize(s)”) by purchasing tickets and correctly answering a Competition Question. Where a Competition Question is not asked, a free entry route will always be available.
2.2 Details of each competition, including entry fees, maximum ticket numbers, Opening and Closing Dates, and Prize descriptions, will be available on the Website.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to change competition details, including Opening and/or Closing Dates, for valid reasons. Updates will be published on the Website. Closing Dates will not be extended to sell additional entries.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except:
- Employees of the Promoter or its affiliates.
- Members of their immediate families or households.

- Free Entry: Free entries must be submitted by post. See Section 4.3 for details.
4.2 Account Creation
All Entrants must create an account on the Website prior to entry. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts will result in disqualification.
4.3 Free Entry by Post
Free entry is available by submitting the following details on an unenclosed postcard via first- or second-class post to:

Free entries must match the account details on the Website. Bulk entries (multiple entries in one envelope) will not be accepted.
4.4 Entry Confirmation
For paid entries, ticket numbers will be allocated and confirmed via email. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete or delayed entries due to technical or postal issues.
5. Selecting Winners
5.1 Main Draws
All valid entries will be entered into a random draw conducted via a random number generator. Draws will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
5.2 Instant Wins
Some competitions may include instant win prizes. These will be allocated via a random number generator as described on the Website.
5.3 Transparency
The names and entry numbers of Entrants may be published on the Website during live draws. If you wish to opt out of having your name published, please notify the Promoter via email at hello@righttoolgiveaways.co.uk at least 48 hours before the draw.
6. The Prize
6.1 The Prize for each competition is described on the Website. Prizes are subject to availability.
6.2 In cases where the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
6.3 Cash alternatives may be offered at the Promoter’s discretion, as stated in the competition details.
7. Claiming the Prize
7.1 Winners will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of the draw.
7.2 Winners must claim their Prize within 21 days. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and the Prize may be offered to another eligible Entrant.
7.3 Cash Prizes will be transferred to a UK bank account. Winners must provide proof of identity and bank account ownership.
